Three Moms Fly to France on a Whim
Julie recently completed CANNES WITHOUT A PLAN, a comedy/documentary she directed with no crew and only a handheld camera. Edited by acclaimed filmmaker Jeff Kanew, this unscripted romp follows three moms (including Julie herself) on a spontaneous trip to France, proving that no matter your age, it’s never too late to take the trip! Now streaming on Apple TV, YouTube, and Mometu. www.canneswithoutaplan.com
HOLLY WOOD
It's a Wonderful World...for some...
Julie and her writing partner, Jill Sorensen, are currently revamping HOLLY WOOD (formerly WeMen), a sharp, satirical TV pilot about a “matriarchy run amok.” Together, they’ve won four screenwriting competitions and are developing additional scripts across TV and film.

SHAKEDOWN STREET DOCUMENTARY
Deadheads and Kindness
Julie is working on an untitled documentary exploring the colorful world of Shakedown Street—a grassroots marketplace created by Deadheads. The project highlights music, community, and the enduring spirit of kindness that surrounds the Grateful Dead culture.
